FIVE STANDARDS IN ONE DAY
The first of three case studies about a Connecting Classrooms initiative to develop standards for school leadership in Mexico. The three films explore the experiences of three headteachers as they put the new standards into practice.
This film follows the headteacher at Escuela Primaria Matutina Adalberto Casas Rodríguez in Córdoba, through a typical school day. She introduces us to the five standards and how she brings each one into play on a daily basis.
THE FIVE STANDARDS & THE SCHOOL COMMUNITY
The second film focuses on Escuela Secundaria Técnical Industrial No.105 in Xalapa, Vercruz.
Here we learn how the five leadership standards have been implemented to bring about changes at all levels of the school community.
INTERPRETING THE FIVE STANDARDS
In the third film about the Connecting Classrooms School Leadership project, we spend time with headteacher Clara Isela Gómez Rosales at Escuela Primaria 22 de Septiembre de 1972, Cosoleacaque, Veracruz.
This is the story of how one headteacher embraced the five standards to transform her understanding of leadership, and the quality of her relationships with staff, parents and pupils.
